Ask Andy shows ways in how Employment Agencies Scam people. One of the ways Agencies scam people is by posting Ads on Job Search Boards that Appear to be from the actual Employer but are not. I have called Careerbuilder and Monster about this but they informed me they give Temporary Agencies the Ability to advertise jobs that appear to be from Direct Hire companies. This is MISLEADING but they do not seem to care.. This is another reason we should BAN all employment agencies. They are only allowing businesses to circumvent labor laws and the 90 day hiring window is largely a myth. The vast majority of Employment Agencies know that people will never be hired permanent and they don't care because it's more money for them. BAN ALL EMPLOYMENT AGENCIES!
